The restaurant formerly known as j.james is transforming into Prudence Uncorked, Salem’s newest fine dining establishment! We’ll still offer fresh local ingredients, a fab wine selection, and impeccable service --- but after we close for remodeling November 4th through the 20th, our repertoire will also include a spiffy new bar and wine cellar, spacious banquet facilities, and a dining environment as delightful as our menu.
